so, who am i?
I am a freelance writer, who, after having spent many years answering the persistent call of my travel bug and globetrotting my way through Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East, now find myself living by the beautiful beaches of Perth, Western Australia with my husband, two children and Spoodle.
what have i done?
Following my original training in the UK as a graphic designer, I have had more than fourteen years’ experience, working both in the advertising industry for successful and well-respected agencies and as a freelance writer. I have worked with a diverse and international clientele, including Gulf Air, Sony, Coca Cola, Nescafe, Nivea, BMW, Proton, Porsche, McDonalds, Sheraton Hotel Group, Standard Chartered Bank,The British Army, The British Navy, Tescos Supermarket and Energizer.
My time spent living and working around the world in countries including England, Bahrain, Oman, Singapore and Australia has not only given me an invaluable insight into many different countries, cultures and religious ideas, but it has also exposed me to a vast array of ideas, attitudes and often unusual life experiences, from which I draw much of my creative inspiration.
I have won awards for my work at the London International Advertising Awards and The New York Festivals and am a published author and features writer.
